Inspect exterior for obvious intrusions, pick up mail/packages/promotional flyers, HVAC Condenser, fallen vegetation (Palm Tree Froom’s).

Inspect interior for obvious problems resulting from insects/rodents, power outages, plumbing, air conditioner, appliances, smoke and radon gas detectors, document make/model/serial numbers to facilitate repairs with contractors. Secure exterior windows and doors.

Optional services for HVAC filter replacements, Light bulb replacements. Meet and stay with your scheduled contractors during repairs or remodeling. Exterior Structures, Automobiles, Pools

Starting our Services

• Initially we are available by telephone or in person to identify needs
• Personal meeting at the property to review
• Document interior and exterior by photographing each room, and the respective electrical, and plumbing
• Document and record appliances by make, model, and serial number.
  • This step allows a contractor/repair person to know which parts or materials may be necessary for a repair; to reduce call backs and wasted time
• Perform a home watch as required in your presence
• Set up payment plan
